Free shipping for orders over $95, orders under $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide.
Orders typically dispatch in 1-2 business days but may take longer during busy periods.
We ship using Australia Post. Orders within Australia can take an estimated 2 - 7 days from dispatch.
Express shipping will have additional charges attached. Please be advised express postage does not give your order priority all orders will be processed in chronological order but will reach their destination faster
Refunds
Preorders are non refundable as they are ordered in from overseas.

Insurance
All freight companies used by Craft2u are general carriers and therefore do not cover damage or loss of goods in transit. Craft2u offers a simple insurance option.
Insurance on the website is an Opt-Out option. In other words, it is automatically included. The only way it cannot be included is if you specifically untick the Insurance checkbox. This is your tacit agreement that you choose not to insure the goods.
If you do not accept the insurance charge, you will do so at your own risk and any damage and/or loss is your responsibility. In all cases, we HIGHLY recommend the optional protection of insurance.

Best chenille yarn
They are pretty sturdy. I was able to frog a 1/4 made cardi (my math was off) and redo it.

I am so impressed with this online store, not only did I get the exact wool I needed, but it came in a vacuum sealed bag with a little bag of lollies which was very sweet. Lovely yarn, great customer service
The yarn is one of my favourite however can fray with some designs if you aren’t super careful. Customer service at Craft2U were great and responsive. Will buy again.

I had never used Parfait Chunky before, but I am pleasantly surprised, this big beautiful yarn is so much fun to work up. My order with Craft2u was great , very good service and fast postage. I would definitely recommend this yarn for your next plushie.
