I ordered my wool over the phone. I was so pleased to have my order filled as my local stores had told me the 3 colours were dis-continued. I was so disappointed as they are colours I use all of the time.

The lady said she was taking the colours off the shelf as I asked if they were available. I have ordered from you before and found the service to be excellent and very prompt.

Next time I order I will be asking for "A DO NOT SAFE DROP STICKER ON MY ORDER". I am so disappointed that the delivery people leave orders in plain view if you are not able to take delivery of the order.

in this case I did not even get a chance to get to the door and the driver had rung the door bell, left the order and was almost in the car by the time i got to my door. This is not a Craft2U problem it is the courier's

I bought this yarn in three colours to crochet a blanket for cold mornings watching football and netball! I used a moss stitch and it came out absolutely beautifully! I used it for the first time last weekend and got so many compliments and requests for me to make more! The yarn was so easy to work with and feels so soft and cozy. It's a beautiful weight as well. Highly recommend.
