Once you have placed your order with us If we have your order in stock it will take 24/48 hours for the orders to be progressed, However, if we need to order your products or it is a preorder please allow time for delivery (weekends and public holidays not included). If you placed an order on Friday/Saturday/Sunday please don’t count those days starting day 1 on Monday. Sometimes there will be delays with your order because suppliers are having issues or the item is out of stock and is on backorder, if this is going to happen to you we will contact you to let you know what is going on with your order offering you options. On average 98% of our orders are filled within the timeframe. Upon shipping completion, you will be advised of your tracking number, Within this email, there will be a estimated time of delivery, please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received this email.

Maybe,If your order hasn't already been posted you can place another order and put in the notes section you want to combine ship with your previous order and put the order number.

Yes, once you have checked out you will get an order confirmation to the registered email on your account and orders, if you are unable to see please check your email address and also check the spam/junk folder.

Yes, Please select Pick UP so you don’t have to pay to ship, once your order is ready/arrives you will be notified, please contact us to make a time to pick up during shop hours.

Please allow an additional day or two, there are many reasons why your parcel may be delayed.  If it hasn’t arrived after 5 business days of estimated delivery please contact Australia Post/ first as these are out of our control.

Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone and we will do our best to change your order, This needs to happen before we send your parcel. However, Craft2u does not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses and once parcels has been sent additional charges may apply to get your parcel back.

Yes you can, we sell the following amounts, $10, $20, $30, $40, $50, $60, $70, $80, $90, $100,$150, $200, $250. Please make sure you place your information in the “Billing Address” & The person the card is for in the “Delivery Address” including their email address. 

Depending on the yarn size (ply) and how tight or loose you crochet. On the back of the label of your yarn, you will see the recommended size, sometimes you will need to go up or down sizes.  

Please keep in mind, that most of our American yarn are non-dye lots. and we do not have control over what we do and don’t get sent from the suppliers, usually though they will send the same dye lots.

Every effort is put in to ensure all of our stock is as close to a colour match as we can make them. All Photographs are supplied from the supplier. Please be aware that colour could vary depending on your computer screen or mobile phone. Craft2u does not take responsibility for non-calibrated screen errors.
