Project: Hug Me Tight from 1940's Patons Woolcraft book.

After knitting with 8 or 12-ply wool for many years, it has been weird to come back to 3-ply yarn and skinny size 12 (2.5 mm) needles. Now that I am used to it, I am thoroughly enjoying working on some gloves for my sister's 85th birthday. The yarn feels soft and friendly to the touch, and the silver grey shade is delightful.
