Free shipping for orders over $95, orders under $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide.
Orders typically dispatch in 1-2 business days but may take longer during busy periods.
We ship using Australia Post. Orders within Australia can take an estimated 2 - 7 days from dispatch.
Express shipping will have additional charges attached. Please be advised express postage does not give your order priority all orders will be processed in chronological order but will reach their destination faster
Refunds
Preorders are non refundable as they are ordered in from overseas.

Insurance
All freight companies used by Craft2u are general carriers and therefore do not cover damage or loss of goods in transit. Craft2u offers a simple insurance option.

Still has quality issues
This website is fantastic premier are still having a lot of issues with shedding long pieces with no chenille on them pretty disappointing

Great for crocheting plushies
Lovely to crochet with in a large range of colours to choose from. Wish it was a bit cheaper.

I feel like there isn’t as much as it says, I was able to make two things (that are the same as what I have made) with a different yarn brand but same thickness, hook and only 80m where this one is meant to have 120m yet I haven’t been able to make my plushie.

This yarn is amazing. The range of colours are fantastic. It's a shame that some of the popular colours are unavailable but still a far better range than the local spotlight or lincraft.
I use a 5mm hook for amigurumi with this yarn.

Best chenille yarn
They are pretty sturdy. I was able to frog a 1/4 made cardi (my math was off) and redo it.
