We ship using Australia Post. Orders within Australia can take an estimated 2 - 7 days from dispatch.
Express shipping will have additional charges attached. Please be advised express postage does not give your order priority all orders will be processed in chronological order but will reach their destination faster

Insurance

The reality of colour ![User picture]()
I love this yarn, it's not the first time I've bought it. It's beautifully soft. I'm crocheting a baby blanket with it. It doesn't split & I've not come across any joins. Just a reminder that the colour you see on screen is not necessarily the colour you will receive. I bought the colour sage. The colour on the right is what my monitor showed me. The colour on the left is what I received.

Just slightly disappointed with a ball of wool which was in my first order. When I opened the vacuum sealed bag I noticed that this ball felt smaller than the others. I put it down to my imagination However having come to actually using said ball, it is indeed not complete. And so my garment, which is a little jumper, has had to be cobbled together with white. The colour number 1s 71010 dyelot number22/1917 which is a pale mauve. The yarn is really nice to knit and lovely and soft, and so other than the problem with the mauve ball, I am really pleased with your product.
